umSisi house only caters for private groups (between 4 and 10 people) on an exclusive-use basis offering a choice of rates to include dinner, bed and breakfast or fully inclusive.  It is particularly suitable for those looking for luxury accommodation near the Kruger Park without any age restrictions for children.

With panoramic views of Legogote Mountain and the African village of Masoyi, guests enjoy beautiful gardens, majestic trees, abundant birdlife, walking trails, a relaxing jacuzzi, inviting swimming pool, enormous veranda, stunning interiors, free Wifi, extensive library and state-of-the-art TV Room when at home.

A booking service for local activities (including bespoke Kruger safaris in open game-viewers with no age restrictions for children) is also provided. All meals are planned with guests in advance to ensure that the dining experience is a daily highlight. umSisi House welcomes children of all ages.

UmSisi Cottage

umSisi Cottage is a luxury self-catering cottage that is used as overflow accommodation for larger groups at umSisi House, but also operates as a standalone self-catering cottage the rest of the time.

Kruger Safaris

umSisi House is located only 20 minutes drive from Numbi Gate – the first, and most appealing entrance into the Kruger National Park. Numbi Gate is located in the south-western section of the park and its higher altitude provides a sweeping vista over the Lowveld to the east and granite foothills to the north and south. This is a high rainfall area allowing for a particularly high diversity of plant and animal species.

We are delighted to be able to offer a safari solution for the entire family (regardless of age) that allows you to enjoy the Kruger National Park on a series of day trips while still returning to the privacy and comfort of your exclusive accommodation at the end of each day. umSisi House offers you wonderful access to the Kruger National Park coupled with the added privilege of exclusivity and privacy while 'At Home in Africa' with us.

We have teamed up with local operators, and their experienced guides, to provide you with the option of exploring the Kruger in an open game viewer should you not wish to self-drive. These vehicles are hired on a daily basis and the guides are trained to identify everything from the smallest dung beetle to the great African Elephant.
